That’s what this News Limited report claims is what went into producing all the copies of the Rudd Government’s first Budget that are in circulation. In this age of electronica, I am surprised that PDFs copies weren’t used instead for general circulation, so that copies of relevant pages could be printed by agencies needing them. [...]
