Well, the centenary season of Australia’s rugby league competition commences tomorrow night with traditional foes South Sydney and the Sydney Roosters squaring off at ANZ Stadium (no, not the one that used to be Brisbane’s home ground, but the former Telstra Stadium). It’s going to be an enthralling year of rugby league, I reckon.

Guitar makers Gibson are at loggerheads with Activision, the creator of the Guitar Hero series of video games, over the concept of “simulated musical performances” (See News Limited report here).

Came across this interesting looking book at work today, from Resource Christian Music’s Dennis Prince. RCM has brought out plenty of compilation songbooks over the years and this looks like a good read based on my very casual flicking through it. Not too sure why a Formula 1 driver would announce his choice of underwear, but at a press conference leading up to the Australian Grand Prix, Red Bull’s Scottish driver announced that the first thing he did when arriving was to buy 40 pairs of Holeproof Underdaks.
